Annette - Financial Coordinator

I have worked in the orthodontic field for 1 year, joining Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team in February 2010 as the financial coordinator. I am new to the orthodontic field, but I enjoy the learning process. I love working with Dr. O'Leary and the rest of the team because I like a progressive office that tries to stay on top of all the advances in Technology. Being the "new kid" at O'Leary Orthodontics, I appreciate the patience and helpful attitudes of the rest of the team!

I am a Wisconsin Rapids native living in Grand Rapids with my husband Kurt, my two "great" kids, Mariah and Noah, along with our family dogs Sammy and Choncho. We enjoy camping and water sports as a family. I am a volleyball and basketball mom who has a lot of bleacher time! Any "downtime" that I may have after all the activities, I enjoy reading a good book, especially during a "Wisconsin winter"!

Christy - Orthodontic Assistant

I joined Dr. O'Leary's team in 2005, and love working for such a great doctor. He is a genuine person who truly cares about all of his patients and is fun to work with. I love working closely with our patients, getting to know them on a personal level, and seeing the positive changes that orthodontics makes in their lives.

I am a native of Wisconsin Rapids and currently reside here with my husband, Shaun, my children, Tanner, Kaleb, Erin, Olivia and Alexis, and our family pets, Jake and Oscar. I love spending my free time with my family and friends and watching the kids' basketball, baseball, football, wrestling, volleyball and dance. When I have a spare moment, I also enjoy taking care of our granddaughter, reading a good book and scrap booking.

Diane - Appointment Coordinator

I have worked with Dr. O'Leary since 1978 and was his first receptionist and employee! Dr. O'Leary is wonderful to work for because he is open to new ideas and advanced technology. I enjoy meeting new people, no matter their age, and seeing their great smiles at the end of treatment. My job is never boring and I get to learn new things every day.

I am a native of Janesville and currently live in Wisconsin Rapids. I have a daughter, Renae, a son, James Jr., and puppies, Muffy and Chicha. I enjoy training my dogs, knitting, walking, traveling, and spending time with my grandchildren.

Mary - Orthodontic Assistant/ SureSmile® Treatment Coordinator

I have worked in the orthodontic field since 1975 and joined Dr. O'Leary's practice in 1989. I love working in orthodontics because of the wonderful looks on our patients' faces after treatment. Our patients are the greatest, and I try to make their treatment fun and rewarding. My job offers a lot of variety, and I love being a part of a progressive team who strive to give the best care using advanced technology.

I am originally from the Wisconsin Rapids area and currently reside in Port Edwards with my husband, Craig. We have nine children, Kirsten, Seth, Kanchana, Isaac, Ethan, Kelsie, Kortez, Khloe, and Elliott, and six grandchildren. My free time is spent watching my children's sports activities, spending time with my grandchildren, working with my church youth group, going to the beach, and bargain hunting.

Mona - New Patient Treatment Coordinator

I joined Dr. O'Leary's practice in 1998 when I began my career in orthodontics. I love meeting new patients when they come into the office.  I also love to help make their lives happier by giving them a great smile. Dr. O'Leary is a positive person and always shows his appreciation for his staff members. We all get along great and make the office fun!

I am a native of Wisconsin Rapids and reside here with my husband, Rob. We have a son, Adam, who is married to Lisa, and a daughter named Rebecca. In my spare time I enjoy biking, snow skiing, and traveling.

Nancy - Orthodontic Assistant

I have been working in the orthodontic field since 1981 and joined Dr. O'Leary's team in 1993. I love working here because I get to help create such beautiful smiles! I also enjoy working with Dr. O'Leary because he is dedicated to achieving perfection. We have a great team here and we know how to balance professionalism and fun.

I am a native of the Vesper area and currently reside in Wisconsin Rapids with my husband, Dick. We have a son, Richard, and a daughter, Amanda. I like to spend my free time reading Karen Kingsbury books, hunting, fishing, biking, and sewing.

Susan - Orthodontic Assistant

I have worked for Dr. O'Leary for a total of 25 years. I enjoy working with him because he is a great storyteller, making our work environment interesting and fun. I love working in orthodontics because I get to know so many different people and see their unique smiles after they're done with treatment. I have a lot of variety in my job and it's never boring!

I am a native of Iceland and can speak fluent Icelandic! I currently live in Wisconsin Rapids with my husband, Dennis, and our children, Krystal, Ryan, and Kylie. I like to spend my free time traveling, especially to visit my family in Iceland, crafting, and shopping.
