  Christy Orthodontic Assistant Christy has worked in the orthodontic/dental field for 5 years. She joined Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team in 2005. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. O'Leary is that he is a genuine person that truly cares about each patient. He is down to earth and fun to work with. She enjoys working with great patients and seeing what positive change orthodontics makes in their lives. Some of her favorite things about her job are working closely with patients and getting to know them. She also enjoys the variety that being an orthodontic assistant offers. Christy is a native of Wisconsin Rapids and currently lives in Wisconsin Rapids. She has three children, Tanner, Kaleb and Alexis. Of course we can't forget the family pets, Oreo and Oscar! Christy likes to spend her free time with family and friends. She is also a bleacher sitter for her sons' basketball, baseball, and football games! When there are any spare moments in her busy day, she enjoys reading a good book and scrapbooking. Duties include: Assisting Dr. O'Leary with patients, SureSmile® scanning, Sterilization and Records.  DianeAppointment Coordinator Diane has worked in the orthodontic field since July 1978 when she joined Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team as his first receptionist and employee! Her favorite thing about working with Dr. O'Leary is that he is open to new ideas and advanced technology like SureSmile®. Diane enjoys meeting new people like the children, teens, and adults that come in to Dr. O'Leary's practice, which is her favorite part of orthodontics. She says her job is never boring and that's what she likes best about it. Diane is a native of Janesville and currently lives in Wisconsin Rapids. She has a daughter, Renae and a son, James Jr. (Buster). Her favorite activities include training Muffy and Chicha, the newest puppy additions to her household. She also enjoys knitting, walking, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Duties include: Making appointments, working with phone calls, greeting and helping Dr. O'Leary's new and current patients along with greeting sales reps.  Jenny Financial Coordinator  MaryOrthodontic Assistant/SureSmile® Treatment Coordinator Mary has worked in the orthodontic/dental field since 1975. She joined Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team in 1989 as a temporary assistant for an employee on medical leave. She continued to work on a part time basis when needed until 1991 when she took a permanent orthodontic assistant position. Mary's favorite thing about working in this field is seeing the before and after treatment results of the patients. She likes working with Dr. O'Leary because he cares about his patients and does his best to give them beautiful smiles. The best parts of her job are working with patients and getting to know them. She loves trying to make their treatment fun and rewarding by giving the best she has. Mary likes the variety her job offers along with being part of a progressive team striving to give patients quality care and offering advanced technology whenever possible. She loves the SureSmile® technology and what it can offer to Dr. O'Leary's patients. Mary is a native of the Wisconsin Rapids tri-city area and currently lives with her husband, Craig in Port Edwards. They have 9 children, Kirsten, Seth, Kanchana, Isaac, Ethan, Kelsie, Kortez, Khloe and Elliott and 6 grandchildren. Her free time is spent bleacher sitting for her children's sports activities which include college football, high school/middle school football, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. She loves spending time with her grandkids, working with her church youth group, traveling (especially to the ocean and spending time on the beach) and bargain hunting (with so many kids, she needs to!). And one of her loves has been to adopt kids. Duties include: Assisting Dr. O'Leary with patients, SureSmile® Coordinator, SureSmile scanner, OSHA Coordinator, Sterilization and Records.  MonaNew Patient Treatment Coordinator Mona has worked in the orthodontic field since 1998, when she joined Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team. Her favorite thing about Dr. O'Leary is that he is always a positive person especially when it comes time for the appreciation he shows his team members. Mona likes being in orthodontics because she likes helping people feel better about their smiles, which gives her great satisfaction in knowing that she has helped make the lives she touches better. She also enjoys working with the other team members and says they are fun to work with. Mona is a native of Wisconsin Rapids. She continues to reside there with her husband Rob. They have a son, Adam, his wife, Lisa and a daughter, Rebecca. Mona enjoys biking, snow skiing and traveling in her spare time. Duties include: Working with new patients, Receptionist, Sterilization and Records.  NancyOrthodontic Assistant Nancy has worked in the orthodontic field since 1981 and joined Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team in 1993. Her favorite thing in the practice of orthodontics is assisting in the creation of beautiful smiles! She enjoys working with Dr. O'Leary in those creations because he is dedicated to achieving perfection. The best thing about her job is working with a great team that produces a fun environment while obtaining a balance of professionalism. Nancy is a native of the Vesper area and currently resides with her husband, Dick, in Wisconsin Rapids. They have a son, Richard, and a daughter, Amanda. Nancy likes to spend her free time reading Karen Kingsbury books, hunting, fishing, hiking and sewing. Duties include: Assisting Dr. O'Leary with patients, SureSmile® scanning, Sterilization and Records.  SusanOrthodontic Assistant Susan has worked in the orthodontic field since 1978 and has been a part of Dr. O'Leary's orthodontic team a total of 25 years. Susan was Dr. O'Leary's first assistant and worked for 3 years until her marriage and move to Wyoming. While there, she worked for almost 2 years for another orthodontist in Gillette, Wyoming. Upon her return to Wisconsin in 1987, Susan rejoined the practice and has continued working since then for Dr. O'Leary. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. O'Leary is his storytelling. She says he is good at it, which makes the work environment interesting and fun. She also says he's a great guy to work for! Her favorite things about her job and orthodontics is working with people, getting to know them and seeing the end result of treatment. She also likes the variety of the job; it never gets boring! Susan is a native of the country of Iceland and can speak fluent Icelandic! She resides with her husband, Dennis, in Wisconsin Rapids. They have a daughter, Krystal; a son, Ryan; and a daughter, Kylie. Susan likes to spend her free time traveling (especially to Iceland to visit family), crafts and shopping (a little exercise is included in the bargain hunting!).
